- For SaaS subscriptions, cancellation and refund policies are governed by the terms of use and subscription agreement of the specific product.
Beacon Coders accepts payments via:
- Online Payments: All major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking through our secure payment gateways.
- NEFT/RTGS: Direct bank transfers for invoiced amounts.
- Cheque: Accepted as per the terms of the contract.
- Cash: Accepted for certain services, subject to a formal receipt.
- Custom Development: Refunds for custom development projects are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms of the specific contract. Generally, amounts paid for work already completed and delivered are non-refundable.
- SaaS Subscriptions: For our SaaS products, subscription fees are generally non-refundable after the billing cycle has started. Cancellation policies are defined within each product's terms of service.
- Third-Party Costs: Any third-party costs, such as domain registrations, hosting fees, or software licenses procured on behalf of the client, are non-refundable once purchased.
