Beacon Coders (Legal Business Name: Beacon Coders, Registered Address: House No 66, Abhaypur, Panchkula, Haryana, 134113) is a full-service IT provider offering web development, mobile app development, software development, digital marketing, and a range of SaaS products. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, websites, and products (collectively, "Services"). By engaging our Services or using our SaaS products, you agree to these Terms.

The exact deliverables, timelines, and pricing for custom projects will be detailed in separate agreements (e.g., Statements of Work, Master Service Agreements) signed between Beacon Coders and the client. For SaaS products, the specific terms of use, subscription plans, and cancellation policies are provided within the product's own terms and on our website.
We accept payments through the following methods:
All payments must be made in the currency specified in the invoice. For custom projects, payment schedules (e.g., upfront, milestone-based, or upon completion) are defined in the contract. For SaaS subscriptions, recurring payments will be automatically charged to your provided payment method unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice; late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.
For custom development projects, refund and cancellation policies are explicitly detailed in the respective contracts.
Generally, we do not offer refunds for work already performed or milestones already delivered, unless otherwise agreed.
For SaaS products, we offer a trial period where applicable; after the trial, subscription fees are non-refundable.
If you are unsatisfied with our Services, please contact us to discuss remediation; we are committed to resolving issues amicably.
For payment gateway approval: We acknowledge that all refunds and cancellations will be processed in accordance with the terms set forth in the client contract or SaaS subscription agreement.
Where a refund is due, we will process it through the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
All custom code, designs, and deliverables created by Beacon Coders for a client project remain our property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the deliverables for their internal business purposes, subject to the terms of the contract. Our SaaS products are licensed, not sold, and you agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute them. We reserve all intellectual property rights not expressly granted.
You agree to provide accurate and timely information, feedback, and approvals necessary for the completion of the Services. You are responsible for obtaining any required permissions for third-party content or materials you provide. For SaaS products, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beacon Coders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of the use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beacon Coders, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate a project engagement as per the termination clause in the specific contract. For SaaS subscriptions, you may cancel your account at any time; no refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you breach these Terms or fail to make payments when due.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Panchkula, Haryana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
